Sigma is a data intelligence platform designed to help ministries, regions, and facilities measure, monitor, and improve access to safe, affordable, and timely surgical care. The Platform provides tools for data entry, aggregation, visualization, and reporting of surgical indicators.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We take data privacy and security seriously. All patient identifiers are de-identified by design and never leave the facility level. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sigma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the Platform.
